Kaito got to surf on Nick Mita's team for a team challenge

here me and Kaito tried to FRAME Genki, we had to wrestle him a bit

but we didn't get the shot, if you got photoshop or something try to enhance the 2nd shot..haha

its a pro comp so no tents on the beach

we found this spot under the podium and found carpet too

we felt so smart...cuz it was hot!

it was our spot for the whole comp

the water was freezing this one evening...short arm full suit (wetsuit) for all the surfers

the one thing i see here in japan is there passion for the beach

people just one to take part in it and surfing

thats really cool!!!!!

in hawaii i hear a lot of grumbling...these people in the picture having fun no matter how cold

i have a lot of respect for any one of them who comes to hawaii to enjoy are beach...let them have a wave or too of yours..its paradise for them

i surf every morning with Dai arund 6 oclock

hang out at the comp all day

i surf a evening sesh

sometimes surf one extra sesh mid day

the water got really cold for awhile like short john (short sleeve full suit)

i was so hungry i was just grinding this

one thing i saw in china town before was cow tongue

i swore i would never eat it

when they told me what it was it was to late

every waiter anywhere u go has a computer handheld to take your order

and all the tables always have a button to press instead of trying to flag someone down

across the street in a store there are 8 massage chairs

so after out sesh we can go right there

this massage chair is for 5 grand

the first minute it scans your body

then massages your WHOLE body from the neck down...hands, feet, butt..etc...ankles, arms

this is Dai..I surf with him every morning

some guy had this mid sized helicopter in his van

hows that!

its sick though u can buy them for cheap!!

like 7 to 10 grand

some surfers got them all pimped out

they look weird in america

Kylen proclaimed his love for kaito to all of the beach!!!!!

many restaurants before you enter have a sink to clean up

i have seen kaito sleep more then once like this...slapped his arm but its rock solid

always have coins and lose them everywhere..started paying attention in japan,,kaito made me realize some are 5 bucks

here are the coins i would have lost so far..adds up to $68.88!!!!

it looks like $1.50 worth

they sale fireworks everywhere all year

ate this weird sushi its some kinda little raw egg with ahi...i like all kinda eggs....a..lot...but i kinda trip on raw eggs.

the place we are staying at you take off your slippers and wear these. you put you regular slippers in a cuby hole locker...kaito slippers stink!!!! from being wet i was sharing with him but bailed out and relocated it smells really bad...haha
